The stallions of Stal Belvedere:

Stal Belvedere has two approved breeding stallions;

Nero-KWPN
(Born: 1995) Balzflug x Onyx x Hurricane x Waldo
Picture: Ellen van Leeuwen
Nero was approved in 1998 and he got the best marks that year as a dressage horse in the seventy-day testing. In 1999 he showed a very good collection of foals. The KWPN commission was enthusiast about the conformation and the way they moved.
Nero himself was third in the stallion competition 2002-2003.

Nero’s mother, grandmother and great-grand mother al have the qualification KEUR, PREFERENT, PRESTATIE. Grand mother Liselot was successful herself in dressage and in the showring. Jacardo (approved stallion) and the international Grand-Prix horse Biraldo (Coby van Baalen - Christelot Boylen) comes from this mare line.

Santo-AES
(Born: 1999) Kennedy x Pretendent x Hilman x Olgraaf

Santo is a beautiful son of Kennedy (Ferro x Saluut) and Carla, a Keur-sport mare by keurhengst Pretendent. This combination of top dressage horses is mixed with a grand mother and great-grandmother who are very solid Gelderlander daughters.

Santo has a super model, a perfect balance and a lot of talent for collection. His walk and canter are really special and his trot is promising. Santo finished fourth at the VSN-Competition (Prestigious Competition for three year olds), he won a qualifying round for the PAVO-Cup and was second at the international four year old class at Northen Hartenberg (Germany). His first crop of foals (see the last two pictures) looks impressive. They are good type’s and attractive movers.
